Interior design for Ana's family

Revitalize an old apartment without major intervention.
When a long hallway can also have the charm.
A functional kitchen
A functional kitchen is a must in this family, with plenty of storage space and room to cook. We planned a hallway with two kitchen units side by side, avoiding corner units to free up space in the narrow space.
A white kitchen was also a priority since little natural light enters the room.
In this case, we also want to avoid the boring of just white so we combined a sandy tone for the cabinet fronts, paired with a white quartz-effect countertop with a nice texture and open wooden shelving to add extra warmth.
Art always welcome
We all like walls with a touch of fun, but in keeping with the tranquil aesthetic of the space. We kept the PVC wood flooring throughout the apartment, creating continuity.
Touches of color
Abstract paintings in sand colors contrasting with turquoise tones reminiscent of the Santander coast in summer will be discreetly added.
Dining area
The dining area is the most important part. The living room in this apartment doesn't allow for a table large enough for the four family members, plus the four extra guests who occasionally join the table. We also opened a large window, taking advantage of the light coming in from the hall.
